Professor Zhu Zhiting, tenured professor of East China Normal University, doctoral supervisor of educational technology, and an expert who enjoys special allowances from the State Council; former dean of the School of Online Education/Open Education of East China Normal University, member of the National Educational Science Planning Leading Group and the leader of the Educational Information Technology Subject Group, member of the National Development and Reform Commission's Inter-ministerial Coordination Expert Group for Promoting the Healthy Development of Smart Cities, expert of the UNESCO Teacher Development Program, and co-president of Brest Business School (BBS) in France; currently the chief advisor of the Ministry of Education Information Technology Standards Committee (CELTSC), deputy head of the Ministry of Education artificial intelligence to promote the construction of the teacher team pilot work guidance expert group, expert member of the National Information Technology Standardization Committee, and national teacher training manager Member of the Academic Committee of the Development Center, Distinguished Consultant of the UNESCO Higher Education Innovation Research Center, etc.
Professor Zhu Zhiting is a pioneer in the research of the theory and practice of educational informatization in our country, a leader in the development of educational informatization system architecture and technical standards, a pioneer in the research of wisdom education theory and practice, a pioneer in the research of large-scale teacher online education quality assurance, and a leader in the research of educational digital transformation. He belongs to a high-impact humanities and education scholar.
